As the founder of DaVinci Construction Services, established in 1997, Troy began his career specializing in foundations and concrete before expanding into residential and commercial construction through DCS. His experience spans everything from transforming vacant land into finished homes to breathing new life into properties that others considered beyond repair.
Known for his detailed planning and hands-on approach, Troy believes the best projects begin long before construction starts. He works diligently to develop thorough estimates that help clients understand the full scope of their project and minimize unexpected surprises along the way. His personal philosophy—“Every job, every room, every day”—reflects his commitment to staying involved throughout construction, identifying potential issues early, and maintaining the highest standards of quality.

Jeff Welch
Jeff Welch joined DCS in 2022, bringing over 30 years of experience in construction and real estate development. His background gives clients the benefit of both practical project knowledge and a strong understanding of the local property market. In addition to his role with DCS, Jeff is a Savannah real estate broker and the owner of Benchmark Properties of Savannah, where he serves buyers and sellers across the region. His combined experience makes him a valuable guide for clients planning everything from renovations to custom home projects, bringing tight focus to achieving maximum value for the available budget.
Kent Elmore
Graduate of the Haslam College of Business, University of Tennessee. Spent two decades inside the financial services industry, most prominently within the commercial banking sector. In addition to that, also obtained Series 6 and 7 securities licenses, coupled with State of Georgia Life and Health Insurance license. While working within the banking sector, graduated from the Southeastern School for Commercial Lending.
After exiting the banking sector in 2008, began a journey within the construction industry. Beginning within the concrete finishing trade. Spent several years working directly with clients in establishing a budget friendly solution to the proposed project they were seeking. After, spent a couple of years as a field superintendent for a large track builder in the Coastal Georgia area. Taking those lessons to heart, have been building homes as an independent builder since 2016. Specializing in larger custom projects where hands-on management is a necessity and client communication is imperative. During that time, have handled many types of projects from new builds, flips, renovations, and light commercial projects. In total, since 2016, have successfully completed over $10,000,000 in projects.
